ABOUT US
At our inception, we identified a need for excellent property management services in the greater San Diego area. From there, we expanded our apartment management services to some of the surrounding areas, including La Mesa, Point Loma, Mission Hills, Fallbrook and National City. Our mission is to continue our expansion to provide tenants with the management services they have grown to expect from their communities.
Our services go beyond regularly scheduled yard work and building maintenance, though we focus on that too. We also help tenants find and apply for the perfect apartment for their needs. We assist tenants in completing the necessary paperwork to secure the selected unit. Our team checks in with tenants to make sure the move in process goes smoothly to start the lease period on the right foot. If tenants ever need any assistance, we are there to solve complaints and perform repairs.
